The appearance of such a fish is a tiny blue salt-water with four poisonous spines on the dorsal fin. and Must be handled with care when preparing, so to not spread the poisons thru the meat. It is called the Cosian Wingfish due to its ability to fly above the water of Thassa, similar to the flying fish on Earth. Another name it may be referred to is a Song Fish.
